Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it and attach it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garments are in unworn condition.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
